Pete Morton is a singer and entertainer often referred to as an old- time troubadour, delivering an unruly freewheeling mix of storytelling, comedy and song that weaves its way around the folk tradition.
His current show, ‘Sailor Swift’ is a truly unique entertainment. The premise of the show is that the friendly ghost of a sailor haunts an old pub, meeting and talking with people through the centuries, the famous and infamous, observing the changing world with a smile and a quick wit, singing popular songs from times gone by.
Pete’s powerful, euphonious voice, storytelling and compelling stage presence he engages the audience with a fun-loving and approachable style.
