The lawful basis for processing personal data is that it is necessary to inform subscribers about events at Nether Edge Folk Club, manage the club and to promote an appreciation of acoustic music and song.

Some subscribers are flagged as ‘Friends of the Club’ for the emailing of additional Club information relating to ticket discounts, social news and announcements from other ‘Friends of the Club’.
